after discovering your blog few days ago, I have now been through most of them . i quite enjoy them im a chef my self and i love the humour. i been working in commercial kitchens for a long time well since i was 14 but started a late apprenticeship so i only just graduated at Melbourne's William Angliss TAFE at the age of 20 .
basically keep up the hard work and thanks for sharing your experiences i really enjoy reading them and gives me something to do on my split shift break :)
